The source hierarchy behind Casino UK Blog guides.
How we research
We use a simple evidence hierarchy: official regulation first, recognised support guidance second, and operator terms only when explaining a product-specific rule.
1. Define the question
Every guide begins with a reader question and a list of claims that need evidence. This prevents a broad topic from becoming a collection of marketing statements.
2. Check primary sources
For licensing and consumer routes, we start with the UK Gambling Commission. For advertising standards, we consult the ASA and CAP Code. For support information, we use recognised national and specialist services.
3. Explain uncertainty
Game versions, payment times and promotional terms can vary. We say when a figure is theoretical, when rules are operator-specific and when the reader should verify an up-to-date source.
4. Apply a safer-gambling review
Articles must not imply guaranteed wins, loss recovery, financial success or social status through gambling. Relevant pages include practical limits and routes to help.
